My driver's license expired Jan.20,2018. Once again I received nothing in the mail. This is twice this has happened. What do I need to renew them?

Birth certificate, SS card, and two proofs of your physical address that's just an electric bill water bill Etc not older than 60 days from the day you are renewing. Don't let it expire 6 months and one day because the state of West Virginia will make you start with the learner's written test
