We gave 500.00 for a church van and they want us to get the title changed in our name how much would that be it has alot issues to be wprked on it before its driven do i have to put insurancebon it right to change the title into our name.

You will need a notarized bill of sale. 6% tax on 500 is 30.00 and a 15.00 title fee. Without the notarized bill of sale they will look up the value of the vehicle and charge you tax on the value. No you do not have to put insurance on it until it's road ready.
