Go into the office you have to go early, they open at 8 but you can get everything taken care of when you go in make sure you take your and your daughters SS card and your ID and both of your birth certificates and proof of income

If you call right back after it tells you they are experiencing high call volume, you usually get through. Sometimes I am caller ten in line and I have to wait half an hour to speak to someone, but you will get through.

Google "odm 07216 application" fill it out and mail it in. Include household income verifications and any other insurance. It'll lock in your application date and they'll mail you a checklist if they have any additional questions.

Ive Definitely done the call right at 8 thing almost daily. If i show up there tomorrow, will they help me or make me make an appointment or whatever? If i have to ill figure it out. Have a special needs child and baby so i prefer not to go but lets say i do, will they help me?
