How are you to be able to speak to a REAL PERSON IN MY COUNTY??? STARK COUNTY. I HAVE BEEN TO THE OFFICE AND CALLED THE OHIO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK??????? NOBODY CAN TELL ME ABOUT MY CASE. I HAVE BEEN ON DISABILITY ??
And I wanted to no if my medical was still good i called and was on the phone for over a half hour and they did not answer
