Supposed to transfer i think you can reapply as well to make it go smother and make sure all paperwork is turned in to new county. My daughter transferred her's but they only transferred medical and not her stamps.
I would suggest calling to make sure. Sorry I don't know the answer to that question.
Cancel your other and reapply when you get a letter stating your benifits are closed from other state
Not sure, I would probably call and ask the new County that you're living in?
