I began calling as soon as the morning hours for emergency appointments for shut off notices started. Took me about 20 to 30 minutes to get through. But i got an appointment for that afternoon at 2. Just make sure you have all the documents they require or they'll have you get the documents and then you'll have to make an appointment to go back. Hope this info will help. Best of luck. 😎

If you start calling at 6 am and keep redialing until you ring through. Other people are calling too. This will be a same day appointment. If you have an emergency, that's your best bet.
