I have been trying to get on pip sence december !!! Have turned in everything three times over. And keep getting put on heap. I want to be on pipp how do i fix this????

You should be on both if you qualify. They do them both at the same time. At the end of your appoint, if the specialist tells you how much you'll be paying each month for DP&L and Vectren, then you are on PIPP. You can ask your utility companies if they have you listed as a PIPP customer. Don't hesitate to walk in and ask the receptionist. She probably won't have the answer but she'll know who to ask. Unfortunately, you'll probably get nowhere if you call. Good luck!

You can reverify by turning in an application but for the initial sign up process you have to make an appointment and go to the actual Community Action Partnership building for an appointment.
