When I applied for PIPP the woman that helped me told me that this office does help with water bills. I have a disconnect for tomorrow but I can’t find any info on how to get an appt, if one is needed or what to do?

Call the main office. Also check with your local community center and Catholic Church they also help but you should have been trying to get help before now good luck
