How do I get recertification.. it's almost impossible to get them on the phone.. is there another way

You can drop your documentation off on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 AM and 12 NOON, if you are recertifying, only. A team member will review your documentation and provide you with a date and time stamped receipt verifying your application is complete and that we will process it within 60 days. A copy of our documentation checklist is available at miamivalleycap.org, under the "Utility Assistance" tab.

Go down there & ask for the person who handles your case. First call & see if they are in . They will see you.😎
