I called this morning at 10.29 to report a power outage and still 2 and a half hours later still no power the stuff in my freezer is starting to thaw out and my sons fish are starting die when do you think the power will be back on

Power still out on cty rd 4 and township road 4 , kids have asthma and need electric to do breathing treatments, how much longer?

The best way to contact us for ETAs during outages is to call us. We had multiple outages throughout our service area yesterday due to the severe storm that swept through the night before. Google accounts and Messenger are not monitored 24/7. Google says if you don't open the door, and your freezer is full, it should stay good for 48 hours (24 hours for 1/2 full freezer). When owning animals or having medical equipment relying on electric, we always recommend to have a back up plan in place.
