My husband,(who is a CRMC employee), had a FNA yesterday and I want to express my thanks to the very kind and competent RN's,the ultrasonographer, and Dr Dean,(Radiologist) for the excellent care he received. His comfort was was made a priority and as an RN myself,I was very pleased to have a professional RN staff caring for my husband,(a rarity in today's severely understaffed hospitals.) There was a comforting normalcy in the facility. No one seemed "afraid" of caring for patients or interacting with the accompanying family. I've been in many,(many!) Ohio hospitals and was impressed with the level of care I observed. (Also,the hospital is super clean! Nice job!) Thank you,again,for making the most important person in my life your priority.

I have always been treated nice and the staff is courteous and professional. I have anxiety and they always make me feel comfortable. I also like the doctors on staff. I definitely recommend them.
