My kitten was born with an inverted sternum or pectus excavatum and is now 6 months old..I should be worried bc he breathes harder than my other kitten and don't want him to die but don't know I can afford the exam or treatment..how much would it be?

Spca is only preventative medicine. Better to pay $35 for these wonderful folks. You wont get a reply from a vet on this thread. Call and talk to someone. All my personal pets go here and I encourage everyone to go there. Very nice and compassionate folks. They also take Care Credit

If I remember right I think the visit is $35 plus whatever they have to do. They will inform you of costs as they go along if you ask and won't do anything unless approved by you. They have been great with my babies and the staff is wonderful. Very reasonably priced

Visit is $35 with appointment, $45 as walk in. But walk in can be turned away if too booked or non emergency. Better to call first imo. Call and talk to them, they're very nice folks who love critters.
