I'll ask and answer this question . " Where is the worst post office and postal service in America located ? Answer " Hattiesburg , Ms on 40th ave . They throw mail on the ground , they deliver peoples mail to wrong addresses . They are terrible .

They also don't need phone service as they never answer calls . In 65 years of life I have never seen postal service remotely close to this bad and this has been going on for years . We have the the worst delivery problems of all on out route . I could go on and on .

USPS.com fill out a complaint please. The only way to improve service is to let District in Jackson and Area in Dallas know! We haven't had a permanent Post Master in a few years and all the OICs don't really care about customer's. Plain but true fact. I'm probably going to hear about this comment as I work there.

They compete with the down town post office in being the worst. Hattiesburg down town post is even worse. They send my mail back when I complain about someone else's mail delivered to me.
