The standard limit for each room is 10 players. Rooms are booked similar to a movie theater ticket, allowing advance booking and walk-ins join a time slot up until the hour begins. To ensure a private room, they require "90%" (9 tickets) to be paid for in advance. Also, when a single group books a room, up to 12 are permitted. Basically, knowing each other makes cooperation better which is the major reason groups over 10 of strangers don't work. If a room just isn't good for 12 players, the game master will tell you during booking.
It's up to the group but so people aren't on top of each other, I would make the limit 8.....it also ensures everyone has a clue to find, etc. Before booking, call and ask the location.
Upto 10
As little as 2 and up to 10
I believe they have 4 rooms here that each fit about 10 max. When my group went with 20 we did two seperate rooms (Case Closed and Forest) and we kinda raced against each other. I hope this helps
