At my company we been trying to get you guys to come get your container for over a month now and still no one has even called to ask y we don't need it anymore. We now use the air fryer and would like to have this big container picked up asap

you have to send something in writing to them, because they don’t answer their phone or ever return phone calls! That’s what we did and they finally picked it up. Also, you’d be saving yourself the hassle from dealing with their rude employees who threaten to sue you if they don’t get their way

We've been trying for 6 months. They still haven't picked it up.

Did they ever come pick it up? I am waiting for the same thing. Someone to take the container away.

Ive called the rep and even signed to cancel the contract but still haven't been picked up. The rep says he cant do anything

Call the company not the rep.

Find your reps number. The company doesnt do anything untilmthe rep steps in .its not normal but thats what i learned from experience. Good luck.
