I have been getting my nails done in Buffalo for over 20 years. I have never been treated as awful as I was at this establishment. There are so many places to choose from please do not go here. They are rude and unprofessional.

I used to be really loyal to this salon but I'm not going back anymore- it's been going down hill the past 4-5 times I've gone. They are passively rude and seem like I'm inconveniencing them because I walked in. They insist you use their ATM and pay cash even though they have a card machine set up. The ATM machine charged an initial $2 fee and then took more money out of my bank account that night. I do like my nails but they won't do more than painting them one solid color.
