Is this facility female friendly? I had a horrible experience at another business, was berated and belittled then put under a time constraint, with 14 others, target 15 yards away in the freezing cold 28°, only to be told I failed.

From what I got from this place everybody is About ther job. What I mean by that is There staff is super friendly and great customer service.

Jennifer, I'm also so sorry to learn about your experience. Yes, we are female friendly (and family friendly). Our CCW class and shooting qualification are both done in the comfort of our indoor shooting range. While we'd love to have you take our class, you should know you can retake the shooting qualification with your original instructor within 14 days of your class. By the way, we are 100% woman owned and here to support you.

Jennifer , hard to believe in the world we live in today, sorry you experienced that. Renos range has a good group of people but Im a guy so only you could judge that.
