I LOVE this store. So grateful it exists here.in Reno, don't know what I'd do without it. Karen is so helpful -- she has helped me talk out recipe ideas, troubleshoot issues I've had in my brewing process, and coached me through my conversion from bottling my homebrews to now kegging them. I have asked so many elementary questions, but she never makes me feel dumb -- she seems genuinely excited to help. And she's incredibly knowledgeable. Great selection of homebrew equipment as well.
