Yes, the Landry's gift card (Landry's Select Club) includes Morton's Steakhouse, as well as other good restaurants like Charter House, which I highly recommend as well.
You should be able to purchase one at CVS, Walmart etc... If they don't carry one specific to Morton's, look for one that says Landry's. They're under the same umbrella company. But check the back of the gift card just in case.
