No. But management is very helpful. May be able to accommodate with their breadless platters using fresh from the dishwasher utensils. Worth asking
Unlikely, this is a very traditional New York deli setting. There are different stations for knishes, hot dogs, pastrami/corn beef, fish, soup etc., But no real separation and utensils, the risk of cross contamination I suggest is high.
I am not sure, but I doubt they have gluten free options
