Do I have to wait in line if I call my ordering first? I live in a closely neighborhood, so I can pick it up myself.

You can call, place your order and pickup is in the back of the store near the French fries

No handout tickets to pay

I was just there eating lunch a few days ago, you can call ahead and then when you go in the restaurant they will direct you to the end of the counter where the pickup is, I saw people picking up orders.

No you dont wait, there is a separate section for pick up just let them know in the front and they will direct you where to go.

I think you couldn’t call for ordering since they will handout tickets for ordering inside, but I maybe wrong.

I don’t know I’m not from the area but I would think so.
