Yes you can go right up the street from the arch right across the street from the pool place up there if I'm not mistaken it is called IHOP right across the street from IHOP it is a building called Travis County they give vouchers to help pay for your rent you don't have to be homeless you can be late on your rent you can need something to wear you know it's not only for the homeless is for whoever needs help
