Once you click on the link, you will be transferred to a platform which will provide a secure, face-to-face video for your visit. Your MD or PA may be waiting for you, or you may be the first in the room, and you will then wait for the provider.

I haven’t had a telemedicine appointment at MacGregor but yes that’s been the procedure with other doctors.
