There is camping in the area. Cane Patch near Pound is excellent and sites with limited hook ups are in the area. Breaks is also an excellent choice 30 minutes away. I was on staff there last year as an Adventure Guide. If you want solitude and aloneness, the hiking there is great. G'luck.
It's better to head towards breaks interstate park. They have RV camping and it's not to far away
