Hi Kimberly, The child has to be atleast 30 pounds to go on the river or 8 years old to go tubing!
I'm not aware of a minimum age. Even though it is calm it's probably not suited for infants. We had a group of 30 and there were 3 4 year olds who all loved it.
No there is not just have to get kids fitted for life jacks befor getting on the bus .
