I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I pride myself in only leaving good ones as I want everyone to have a second chance. But I’ve had it. Pros: plenty of new gear if you need it, and want to source it locally. Cons: wouldn’t buy anything used or have my bike worked on again. Con explanation: bought a used wheelset since my current hub was broken. Walked off for lunch as they swapped wheels and tires xyz. Come back and super stoked for upgrades wheels and a working rear hub. This was in the winter so didn’t get much time on it one or two rides. Bike was sadly just hanging out in the house. Come spring, and two rides later, the new to me hub I purchased began grinding. I take the wheel off and the tech who worked on it last stripped my derailleur mount set screw so that flops off… continue and investigate myself to find the driest, not greased hub and components. My new hub was now trash. Not only did they not inspect the used wheelset they were selling and regrease it’s components, they stripped the silliest little part which makes it nearly impossible to take your rear wheel on and off without serious hufflepuffing. I love supporting local businesses, and if I need something I’ll stop and buy it. But they will not be working on my bike anymore, I’m a busy person and don’t have time to do so. But clearly I have to from now on.

I paid over 500.00 for my son's bike thinking it would be covered under ther service agreement posted to this website only to get charged 14.00. People are under the impression that these bikes would be cared for. Be ware of false advertising from the sales clerks.

Buddy broke two spokes as we rolled into Port Jervis on a bike packing trip. Staff fixed them quickly and right away. Saved our trip! 10/10 would break down right in front of their store again.
