I know lots of younger kids that skate here. One of my closest friends is 12 and he skates here all the time with out his parents here. Honestly if the child is responsible enough it’s ok. Otherwise I’d say have an eye on him or her.
I go without my parents all the time I have since I was 9 I would just let them go but make sure they dont like smoke or vape or stuff like that.
I would call first but if it's okay then it really depends on the maturity level of your child and how you trust them. No alcohol is allowed there but it is a very popular place for adults and older teens, especially on the weekend.
