They haven't asked me for an Id, though I think it may go by appearance, the same ad purchasing alcohol or tobacco.

I didn't have to show an I.D when I went but I'm sure it is possible for them to ask someone who looks under age.
From my understanding, yes. But you can always call and ask if you're not sure.
I believe so because you have to sign the liability waiver if you don't already have one on file. If you do then your age is on it.
