I would give them 1 more chance .I no them.had it been me.I think ur meal should have been on them
I've only got the salad and buffet and it was cooked well and everytime. Even there breakfast buffet was good.sorry you had bad experiences.
I complained about my steak there (same problem as yours) and they gave me my money back but the manager was kinda hateful acting. Not the owner. They microwave their steaks but deny it. I've been in food service business for a long time and know a microwave steak when I see one. I don't think it's right for them to ask you to order something else. You should get what you want at a restaurant. I can "eat it or wear it" at home.
Nope the meal was on me. It was once but 3 times. Then was told in a Nasty way to Oder something else. Not at one time did I get Nasty with them, conducted it in a professional manner with a witness at my side.
