Ironically this place does NOT have good steak. Only giving 2 stars because service was good and they were able to seat us quickly. But our entire party got steaks and NONE of them were cooked correctly.

Has always been our favorite place to eat in Boone. However, the food has changed our meal was so bland that I would have sent it back, if We hadn’t waited so long to receive it. The for the price of the meals served here the food should always be prepared Correctly. Ordered prime rib

Hi, thanks for asking! I'd say we are accessible, but I guess it depends on what your needs are. We have no stairs, just a 1/4" high threshold at the front door you'll have to look out for. Bathrooms could be a little tight for a wheelchair, depending on how wide it is, but people do use them in wheelchairs fairly often. People with impaired vision have said the lighting makes it hard to read the menu, but we can lend you a reading light (brighter lighting coming soon!). UPDATE - We have installed much better lighting! If you have any other questions please ask!

Depends on the seafood. Salmon and shrimp are grilled. Lobsters are boiled then finished on the grill. If you have an allergy, we can accommodate you by cooking your meal in a different location that prevents cross-contamination.
We went Friday and wore Jean's and a nice top. Nothing super fancy. So I would say dressy casual.
Sorry, we are closed Christmas Eve and Christmas day so staff can celebrate the holidays with family.
Reservations aren't required but its a good idea as they stay busy.
I thin they give you a dessert of some kind.
Yes the location in Boone will be open on Labor Day
