Going for the first time in a couple of days and have a couple of questions.. are donors allowed to eat before donating or no? how much is first time donation? do I need to bring anything with me when I donate besides ID & social or no?

First time donation is $50. You can eat but need to have at least two to three hours in between because it can mess up your vital signs and they will defer you. You need current ID and your SS card. Also you must weigh at least 110 pounds.
