Just got off the phone with them 2/13/20. Front desk said you either have to come into club with doctor's note or mail it certified. They will not accept email, fax, or regular mail. Have to hobble over there today. Less hassle than hobbling to Post Office.
You can easily freeze your membership, all you have to do is inform them.
