Dear Salvation Army,
I have several pieces of furniture I'd like to donate. It won't be for awhile, as I'm selling my house, but how much lead time do I need to schedule a pick-up? I have a complete bedroom set including a very good mattress, etc.

What Frank said. If you give them a call, they should be able to transfer you to the right department. This is more of a general platform (do you take donations? Have highchairs?) rather than a specific, scheduling type platform.
