Furniture is horribly over priced for used. I bought a chair new for a lower price than what they were charging for a used chair that was exactly the same. Clothing is at a good price.

They do, but you need to call them because their pick-up policy has changed recently.
when you buy the mattress, you have three days from the day you bought the equipment to pick it up. so that gives you time to rent a UHAUL or get a truck.

Call their 800 # (i think) to schedule a pick up.
Please contact the Red Cross. They will be able to give you a list of shelter locations in the Austin area.
