Dr. Jiao was our 'go-to' veterinarian for years when we lived in Mt. Vernon. Our neighbors initially recommended us to a vet in Pelham. That place was awful. Failed to diagnose two conditions our new chihuahua puppy, Norton, had. Dr. Jiao was on it immediately. He always takes the time to listen & he always explains what is going on. When we got our second chihuahua puppy, Ralphie, Dr. Jiao took care of him, too. Ralphie has seizures and needed more care than Norton. We have moved from Mount Vernon & miss Dr. Jiao but when we first moved we tried to continue bringing our Boys to him (the hour drive each way didn't work out since the Boys aren't great on car rides). Even though we had to find a new vet, Ralphie continues on the meds that Dr. Jiao had prescribed for him. We could only wish to have continued with Dr. Jiao! His office staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient. We have pet insurance for our Boys and the office always accurately & efficiently processed the claims.

Dr. Jaio has been the vet for our American Cockerspaniel for several years. I highly recommend him. His is all around down to earth super nice guy. He responds to text msg. We've text him while on vacation in Sweden and he has always responded and is very supportive.
