They won't help anyone with rent or lights if you owe the court house, that seems a little discriminating it's not like you owe them. Won't be giving anymore donations.

Yes. Provided you do not owe ANY court costs. Idk what that has to do with it. But. You will have to go to the courthouse and ask them for a printout because you MUST have it bwfore they will help with those kinds of things
