I canceled my membership on the thirteenth of this month and payed the cancelation fee in cash. They took eighty eight dollars out of my banking account on the eleventh of the month. I should have been given a refund for that money but they never even offered me anything. I had heard that they still took money out of your account after you canceled. I didn't believe it but now I do. They are not honest. I heard back from the owner wanting to resolve this issue. He wanted a phone number to discuss this with me so I gave him the number and haven't heard anything back from him. I wasn't expecting to since my cousin died last year and even though they were told that she was dead they still took out the membership from her account. They are not even close to being honest. The staff member told .e when I canceled mine that they wouldn't be taking money out of my account but as I found out that was another lie they tell .

Definitely the cleanest gym that I have been in. Nice staff. Nice equipment - always in working condition when I am in. Wish there was a 24/7 in J.borough as this one is a bit of a drive but really like it and appreciate this gym and all that work here. I really like (and don't recall other 24/7 having) the cloth towels that are offered for keeping machines clean. Seems to be a really good team working here.
