U need to call patient advocate they will address all these problems if not contact ur senatorgthey have a person who works with th vets ....
No they never answer or return your call when you leave a message. My husband quit using them.because he could not get good health care there..
I get your frustration, we can't never get anyone to answer. My uncle stopped going there and we was back to traveling for dr. Appointment.
