Put food in the cat carrier to get them we had to and get them fixed
Typically the local Humane society will have trained volunteers to capture them. Please contact. In meantime, put out cat food, fresh water, and a box or crate with towels or blankets for refuge or leave a she'd door blocked open for their entry as long as their aren't toxic/poisonous substances in the building.
I'm not sure, but I think you can use a humane trap to trap them, then maybe have them fixed and returned to nature. Call or email them to find out for sure.
