I don't know but his prices are very reasonable, he might not charge at all if you buy the mono from him.
not sure since I string all my own, Fred will take his time to help you out. Great guy, I'm new to the area for fishing and he was extremely helpful. Constant flow of clients and many repeats.
Unlike some places Fred is a decent guy..
He's a great guy. Probably next to nothing. If you buy mono get Momoi, great line, and he'll load the reel for free.
