Why does the website says welcome walk ins from 9am-3pm , then I get there and they says no walk ins and they have 2 emergencies for the day and not taking in any more , my dog leg is in bad pain this is ridiculous, never goin back there again

We are not an emergency clinic. We do walk ins when appointments allow and do everything we can to help.
