Yes, B'nai Abraham Chabad has a sukkah. Entrance is from Addison Street behind the shul
I don't personally have one, but B'nai Abraham certainly does. Also, down the street from me, at 2100 Arch Street, is a public Sukkah.
I think they do call them just to be sure
