The waiting list varies from people responses when it is time to do updates. If they do not respond to the letters that are sent out in a timely matter to update their information they can be removed from the list. I'm speaking from a verifying point of view. I was on the list for almost 9 months and will be seeing my new apartment sooner than the fall leaves dropping.
