Nobody ever answers the phone at the passport place, you have to physically go up there to ask a question. Why do they even have a phone. Hinesville collects millions every month from soldiers yet they can't hire a receptionist.

I an so tired of calling down to the Passport section and no one answers the phone! We are give a number for assistance yet NO ONE answers the phone! I should NOT have to drive down to the courthouse just to make an appointment! I have a job and I have to deal with up to 30 people at once! At NO time to I have to the right to refuse service they are entitled to because I'm to busy! If they need help with answering the phones they need to hire someone! This is ridiculous, unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

The woman who “helped” me how to file for divorce was so rude and just unpleasant. She was a blonde woman, with glasses, maybe Cassie, Cassidy whomever is in charge in the area of divorce for the county IS RUDE! This is my first time and it’s a lot and was very confusing she talked over me and seemed as if she didn’t even want to be bothered.
