Can your staff project a more positive attitude toward people of color. I was there recently, and the atmosphere was cold and unfriendly. I will never go there again. Warning to all minorities.

I thought it was just me Margie. They do good work, but I struggled to feel comfortable with the guy at the front counter each time I went to pick up my order. My only encounter has been with him. Hopefully that vibe does not reflect the culture of Creative Approach. Thanks for your post.
