Buy the fries, top them with cheese curds and gravy and you have poutine. I have done it and it was amazing. It would be awesome if they had it here since they have at other Popeyes.
Because poutine is a Canadian dish, from Quebec I believe. Not a traditional southern nor Creole creation.
