Contact the location, if you can't reach him/her, then go inside another location, they are pretty responsive and good at getting back to customers.
I would go to the location. Ultra is pretty good at handling any issue you may have
I would walk into that or another location. I had an issue once which turned into some emails. Was all handled quickly.
