It is a drive through emissions testing place, so you are still in the car while they do it. When I went there was little to no contact, the closest they got was scanning my cars VIN and handing me my paperwork.
It was $15. Mine failed the 1st time and the guy told me where to go to get the cheap $5 part(gas cap) I needed to get to pass. And only charged me the initial $15 the 2nd time he tested it was free. Very nice guy. I'd definitely go back
