Im sorry for your issue but I do not work for them. I feel your grief but the best thing for you to do is to go in person so you can get the results you need. You can also call Courtesy Ford and ask for Brian Glass to get further assistance.
They will not return calls. Even the General manager is not truthful about handling a problem. The service mgr is awful. Buyer beware of this dealership. I will never return to get service or buy another vehicle. They give Ford a bad name.. Dont waste your time escalating a problem. Brian Glass doesn't return phone calls. Dont make me laugh at serious issues at this dealership.
