Very spacious and scenic! I usually go in the weekdays because the popular spots are filled with friendly patrons on the weekends, but even on this sunny Sunday, there’s plenty of sights to see for everyone!

Visit after visit, this facility exceeds expectations! It's cleanliness, clear signage, and beautiful smooth trails make the trip so worth it!

Nature is always beautiful the people and their vandism and destruction of it is not.

Yes, it is. However, must be on-leash and please bring your doodie bags.
I wouldn't say it's a good place to fish but I have seen plenty of people at the two lakes fishing.
I didn't see a camp. In December it is very cold, but it does not always snow.
Hi Janet, no, we don't carry those passes. We're a partner of NPS and not a park unit. In metro-Atlanta, you can check with Chattahoochee, MLK or Kennesaw Battlefield. Hope that helps / MC
Yes, and sheltered area.
Lived around here a long time and I have never seen any dirtbikes in this area.
Not sure. There were plenty of people fishing.
Parking is free. Park either at the nature center on Klondike below the circle, or across the street from the barn on Klondike above the circle. No fee to enter the park either. Tours are provided at certain times. Not sure if they cost anything or not.
On the paved Arabia Mountain PATH, yes, but not on the soft hiking trails. There are over 33 miles of trails for bikes.
There are bike rentals at Panola Mountain State Park. It's tied to the 33mile Arabia Mountain PATH. Maps are also available on site.
No cabins but there is hotel close by right beside stonecrest mall
I've not seen a playground. But, I've only covered 6 miles from Robinson (?) Mile 0 to Goddard (?) Around mile 6. I think the street names are correct. You might want to check the website or zoom in different areas to search. What has fascinated the children are the bodies of water with tadpoles and the red algae that look like little flowers. Also, presently, there's a story book walk along the trail around mile 2-4. Near the trail house/parking. Enjoy! 😊
I think you would have to get in touch with the DNR about that.
Yes
Nope.
Really I don't see any there; only little hole with water and fauna & flora in the wster.
If you park at the aware center it only takes about 5 to 10 min to get to the lake depending on which path you take
It can be the perfect setting based on what you're looking for.
Sure.. although your not supposed to be there at dark. But there are some really open flat rock areas that would be awesome for that. So I'd chance it..
It's GA there are snakes everywhere.
Yes you will need a license to fish at any state or national park.
